Review, sign, and mail the original application | Review your visa application. Let us know of any comments or questions you may have so they can be addressed. When you are ready, sign and mail your application to the provided USCIS address. |

Biometrics | You will be contacted by USCIS to schedule a biometrics appointment to have your fingerprints and photos taken. They will provide you with specific instructions. Contact us if you have any questions. |

Additional information requested | During this process you may be contacted by USCIS to provide additional information (varies from case to case).

Interview date. | You will most likely receive a letter from USCIS with an interview date. It will provide instructions of what to bring and required items you need to complete before the interview. We will provide you easy instructions and an online checklist to assist you with this so you can easily prepare for the interview and avoid any mistakes. |

You receive your Green card. | Upon approval at your interview, you will receive your green card (legal permanent residence) in 2 to 4 weeks in the mail. |
