    The Consular Section assists American citizens in the Eastern Caribbean and provides visa services (both non-immigrant and immigrant) to residents of the Consular District. They are also the visa-issuing post for residents of Grenada and the three Eastern Caribbean islands of the Netherlands Antilles: Saba, St. Eustatius and Dutch St. Maarten.
