I graduate from University in April but will not have my degree until July. Can I obtain a TN Visa without my actual degree? I will have transcripts.

Answer:

Sorry to inform you but if you are applying for a TN Visa under an NAFTA Occupation which requires a degree, then you will need the original degree when applying for your TN Visa.
