I am a Canadian on a TN Visa and wish to marry a U.S. citizen. What are my marriage visa options?
Answer:
As a Canadian or Mexican on a TN Visa you have several options but you must move forward with care as the intention of the TN Visa is that you are in the U.S. temporarily.
If your situation allows, you can apply for either the Adjustment of Status or the K3/CR1 spouse visa.
