VISA ALERT: USCIS Fee Increase as of Dec 23, 2016
USCIS has announced there will be visa immigration fee increases as of Dec 23, 2016. Fees have not been increased since 2010 so it was expected this year for the increase.
WHICH APPLICATIONS WILL REQUIRE INCREASED FEES
Applications that are mailed with a postmark date after Dec 23, 2016 will be subject to the new fees.
Applications that are postmarked with a date on or before Dec 23, 2016 will qualify for the old fee.

K1 Fiance Visa Applications
Form I-129F, K-1 Visa, Old $340, New $535
Adjustment of Status Applications
Form I-485, Adjustment of Status, Old $985, New $1,140
CR1 Spouse Visa Applications
Form I-130, CR-1, IR-2, IR-5: Old $420, New $535
Removal of Conditions Application
Form I-751, Removal of Conditions, Old $505, New $595
USCIS Immigrant Fee, Old: $165, New $220
Form N-400, Naturalization, Old $595, New $640
