On the scheduled interview date, the beneficiary should appear at the Consulate General with the appointment letter and other supporting documents. Note: to gain entrance to the consulate, beneficiaries must show their appointment letter and passport to the Security Guard.If for any reason a beneficiary is unable to attend the interview appointment, another interview date can be re-scheduled by filling out this form and submitting it to our office. Note: the new appointment will likely be scheduled 3-4 months from the date we receive the request.
