The American Embassy Consular Section processes immigrant visas for all residents of Cambodia. All immigrant, diversity and fiancee visa interviews are handled by appointment only. Applicants will be individually notified of their processing schedule. Inquiries regarding immigrant, diversity or fiancee visas for Cambodian applicants should be emailed to IVPhnomPenh@state.gov.
