I am getting married this weekend to my foreign spouse. We will apply for the K3 Spouse Visa, but is there any way for her to come to the U.S. immediately?

Yes, but you must do it with care. She can obtain a visitor visa and then return to her home country to complete the K3 Visa processing when the embassy contacts her.
