Where can I apply for my TN Visa?
Answer:
For your first TN Visa, you must do it in person at the time of crossing the border. This includes:
1. A Class “A” Port of Entry (land or air),
2. International U.S. Airport
3. Pre-clearance station (some Canadian airports have this).

For any subsequent TN Visa renewal you can apply in person at the border points mentioned above or by mail. Complete Form I-129.
